  7. Shipping, Processing, and Delivery Logistics Our shipping logistics are strictly bounded by transparency and predefined transit schedules:

  • Shipping Cost: We offer 100% Free Economy Shipping on all orders nationwide with no minimum order requirements.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday.

  • Order Handling Time: Orders require 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) to process and hand off to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Order Transit Time: Once items are shipped, delivery takes between 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday) to arrive at your physical address.

  • Regional Restrictions: We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the Contiguous United States. We do not support deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military bases.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Policy All transactions are governed directly by our clean verification protocols:

  • Return Window: You have a period of 30 days following physical delivery of your order to initiate a return request.

  • Product Eligibility: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided the product is unworn, unused, possesses all original tags, and rests inside its original packaging 

  • Return Costs: We provide a downloadable and printable pre-paid label at no cost ($0.00) to the consumer

  • Restocking Fees: MINIFIG DOCK charges zero restocking fees ($0.00) on all valid returns.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment automatically within 10 business days.
