We are proud to provide FREE Economy Shipping on every single order nationwide. There is no minimum spend threshold, no subscription requirement, and no hidden fees at checkout. Your order will always process and ship for $0.00.

Geographic Shipping Coverage & Exclusions

To maintain high service standards, our shipping capabilities are localized exclusively to specific areas:

• Eligible Destinations: Contiguous United States Only (the 48 lower states).

• Excluded Regions: We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. Territories.

• Address Exclusions: We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military/diplomatic addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).

• International Shipping: International fulfillment is strictly unavailable. All orders must originate and terminate within our domestic service coverage area.

Please Note on Excluded Shipping Details: If an order is systematically or accidentally placed with a shipping address located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any U.S. Territory, or a P.O. Box, our fulfillment team will automatically cancel the transaction and issue a full refund back to your original payment method within 24 hours.

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Our total estimated delivery timeline is calculated by adding our specific handling time to our package transit time.

• Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) — Monday through Friday.

  • Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following business day (Monday).

• Handling & Processing Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This covers verification, quality checks, packaging, and sorting before being handed off to our carrier network.

• Transit Delivery Time: 5 – 8 Business Days (Monday – Friday). This is the duration your package spends moving through transit from our shipping hub to your physical delivery address.

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 – 11 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Shipment Tracking & Carriers

We partner with established shipping networks including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to execute reliable delivery. As soon as your package is dispatched from our facility, an automated shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking number will be sent directly to you. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the selected carrier to scan the package and update initial routing benchmarks within their online portal.

Lost, Missing, or Significantly Delayed Packages

If your tracking profile indicates no updates or your package has not successfully arrived within 12 business days of receiving your official shipment confirmation email, please alert our customer care team right away so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
